Glastonbury dream date for Biggar’s Jim Duncan
Jim received an invite to appear at Glastonbury thanks to a song he wrote about the festival back in 2009 when he first took a trip down.
Having sent the song into the organisers, Jim was delighted to find out that he had been invited to take part in the week-long festivities as a resident musician.

Hide AdJim said: “The song was on my Down by the Riverside album in 2011 but it had been in my mind since I first went to Glastonbury.
“When I first got the call to see if I would be interested in going I couldn’t believe it; it was a no-brainer.
“As a resident musician I will be out and about filling in on various stages and will also be on the site’s radio station, Worthy FM.”
