Jack McComish competes at World Deaf Swimming Championships
LANARK Amateur Swimming Club ace Jack McComish is to travel to Portugal with the Great British Deaf Swimming Team.
The 16-year-old, of Newlands Street, Lanark, has qualified to compete at the World Deaf Swimming Championships in the city of Coimbra from August 7 to 13.
His mum Anna said: “Jack is absolutely delighted to be chosen. For the past year his main focus has been to qualify for Portugal.”
